ClubHub - Team Registration Help

This document is for Team registration. A team is registered by a single player/manager who enters details of all players in the team and is the only person in the team who has login access to the player database.

You can only register a team if this function is available within your club. If this function is not available, you will have to register individually and someone within the club will allocate you to a team.

Team Management

Team Registration Help

This registration process is for the use of senior team managers of sports clubs who use the ClubHub service. They use this system to register their team details and to be allocated a username and password to keep those details current.

If you have already registered please do not register again, just click the Log-in button and enter your username and password.

Once the details of the team have been entered you may pay the subscription(s) securely by credit card. Alternatively you may send a cheque or pay cash to the club (this will attract a handling fee however).

The registration process involves the following steps

Register Player and Team

Confirm Registration

Select Payment Option

(If credit card payment selected) Pay Online

(If cash or cheque payment selected) print Payment Form

Login and manage team (i.e. add players to team, contact team etc)

Register Player

Required fields are indicated with an asterisk

Please complete every field possible for ease of contact

Email address is important (much of the club's communication with you will use this media).

Press the Continue button when complete.

Press the Cancel button to abandon all input.

Review and amend input using the Edit links.

Press the Continue button when complete.

Confirm Registration?

This screen shows the team subscription, as well as any discounts available. Note that an early payment discount may be due to expire shortly.

Review and amend input using the click here link.

Enter a donation if you wish.

Press the Confirm Registration button when complete. The data you have entered is now recorded on the club's database, and an email has been sent to the email addresse provided for the team manager.

Registration Was Successful

The team is now registered with the club.

This screen permits you to select the payment option you require. You do not need to complete the payment now, you can leave this screen and login later to complete payment.

Press Online Payment to pay securely by credit card. This part of the system uses a third party online payment service. On completion of payment service screens, the payment details are recorded in the club's database.

Press the Mail Payment button to print an invoice for you to deliver to the club along with the payment.

Payment Result 

This screen informs you of the success of your credit card payment.

Click the Print your receipt link to print a receipt (and an email receipt has been sent to the email address provided).

Press the Login option that has now appeared on the left of the screen if you wish to log in, or just close the browser to finish.

Cheque & Cash Payments

If you selected Mail Payment as your payment option, this screen will appear. It contains instructions on how to make a cash or cheque payment. 

Press the Show Payment Form button.

If you now decide to pay via credit card, then keep pressing the Continue button until the login screen appears, login using your username and password, and then select the Make a Payment option.

Payment Form

Print the page that appears using the browser print option, complete it, attach it to the payment and forward it to the address shown on the form.

Press Continue. You can now login using your username and password if you wish, otherwise just close the browser.

Team Management

Login to ClubHub using your username and password as issued at registration.

Manage Team
Click the "Manage Team" link to add/remove players to/from your team and keep players contact details up to date.

Contact Team
Click the "Contact Team" button to send an email to your team members. You can either select the entire team to contact or choose individual players. Enter a subject and your message and click "send".
