The following text explains how the ClubHub software works. We hope you find this system easy to use, but if you get stuck please ring the Administrator at your sports club who will either be able to assist, or will get someone at ClubHub to contact you.
Note - Some terms in this help text may be different for your club. For example "players" may be called "members" and "clinics" could be "coaching courses" or "Club events". Please try to keep this in mind when applying these instructions to your club as some options may appear to be quite different.
To contact your club's Administrator, please go to Contact | Contact Administrator from the navigation menu within ClubHub.

Navigation
You should use the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen to access various functions in the ClubHub system. You can access these functions by rolling over each of the navigation headings which will drop down a list.
Selecting an item will show you what it does and we encourage you to have look around. You can always cancel out of a screen or use the navigation bar to return to the home screen if you find yourself somewhere you do not wish to be.
Player Home
Got to Home | Application Home to return to the screen you get to once you have logged in. This screen displays any outstanding payment amounts you owe.

Club Homepage
Go to Home | <your club name> Home to get to your club's website homepage.
Logout
Click the Logout link in the Navigation bar to exit the application.
Change Password
Go to My Details | Change Password to view the Change Password screen Here you can change your password and your login username. NOTE you can only change one item at a time so if you wish to change both you must change your password first, then come back in and change your username.
First enter your password, then change the required field and press the Update button.
Update Personal Information
Go to My Details | Update Personal Info to view your personal details as stored in the database.
Change any details that are incorrect, and press the Update button.

Payment Status
Go to Tasks | Make a Payment to view your payment status.
You may make a donation if you wish using this screen, either together with any outstanding items, or on its own. Press the Continue button to pay the outstanding amount. See Payment Options section below for more information.

Make a Payment
From the Tasks | Make a Payment screen if you choose to make a payment you can do so as follows:
If your club allows online Credit Card payment, you can choose the "Online Payment" button. Otherwise use the "Other Payment" button to produce a payment form.
If your club allows Direct Credit, you will see the bank account details after clicking the "Other Payment" button. Take note of this and make an Internet banking payment in the usual way. Otherwise you can print out the payment form and mail this along with your payment to the address on the form.

Payment Result
This screen informs you of the success of your credit card payment.
Click the Print your receipt link to print a receipt (if an email address was provided an email receipt will be sent).

Cheque & Cash Payments
If you selected Other Payment as your payment option, this screen will appear. It contains instructions on how to make an Internet Banking, cash or cheque payment.
If your club allows Direct Credit, you will see the bank account details after clicking the "Other Payment" button. Take note of this and make an Internet banking payment in the usual way. Otherwise you can print out the payment form and mail this along with your payment to the address on the form.
Press the Show Payment Form button.

Payment Form
Print the page that appears using the browser print option, complete it, attach it to the payment and forward it to the address shown on the form.

Statements
Go to Tasks | Show Statement to view your account Statement. Here you will see all transactions and purchase items on your account.

Clinics
Note this option may be called something else for your club, such as "coaching courses", "training etc".
Click Tasks | Clinics to purchase coaching clinics for players in your family group. Click on the player you wish to purchase coaching for then check the boxes on the following screen for the appropriate courses and click the "Continue" button.
You can do this for as many players and clinics as you like and these items will be added to your account. When you have added all courses go to Tasks | Make a payment to pay for the outstanding items.
You can choose to add a player to your family group to attend coaching courses but who WILL NOT be a member of the club. Go to Tasks | Clinics and choose "Add a player link on screen to do so. You can then choose to register this player for coaching courses.

Merchandise
Go to Tasks | Merchandise to purchase merchandise from the club. You will see a list of players in your family and any merchandise items will appear alongside each player. For each purchase you wish to make, select the appropriate option and enter an amount in the "Quantity" field. Once you have finished, click Continue.
Any purchase items will be added to your account so to pay them off, go to Tasks | Make a Payment.

Register a new player with the Club
Go to Tasks | Register a new member to register a new player. On the following screen choose whether to add a new Player or a Parent/Guardian. Complete the fields on the following screen and click Continue.
Amy new playing members will be charged a subscription and you can pay this by going to Tasks | Make a payment.

Contact Administrator
Go to Contact | Contact Administrator to send an email to the club administrator.
Enter a subject line.
Enter your message.
Click Send button.

Noticeboard
Click the Noticeboard button on the Navigation bar to access the Club Noticeboard. This will open in a new window so ClubHub will remain open in the background.
ClubHub Forum
Go to Help | ClubHub Forum to access the ClubHub Users Forum where you will find information about the development of ClubHub, users experiences of ClubHub and information about running a sports club generally.
Please feel free to register as a user on the forum and check in here regularly to keep up to date with developments.
